Return Process

  Print Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Pack Items

  Securely pack the fragrance in its original packaging to prevent breakage during transit.

  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
